Hi

I am returning a new iPhone 15. When we bought it, a SIM card came with the phone. I activated the SIM card.

When I returned iPhone, do I need send my activated SIM card as well?

Returning instructions said to pack everything in the return box. Is this applying to the SIM card too?

Hi @YukaJones do you want to continue with the monthly plan attached to that sim ? If not then you would need to call sky on 150 to cancel it, you then wouldn't need to send it back.
