Returning a device

I have ordered 2 iphone 16 pro max, I ordered a black one and a natural titanium one, with the black one, if I wanted to send it back would I need to send back the accessories that I got aswell or can I keep them? Reason I ordered 2 was because my cousin wanted a iphone 16 pro max but realised he already ordered one,

@M4JXSH  If you paid for the accessories separately then yes you can keep them, if they were free as part of the order they will need returning

Hi @M4JXSH  the accessories would be charged separately and paid for independently of the phones. You will need to call sky to arrange the return of the phone so you can always ask when you make that call.

Would I need to call sky or can I do it via the app?

Re: Returning a device

Could you please confirm if I will receive an email notification the evening prior to the scheduled delivery?

@M4JXSH
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
