Returned mobile

I ordered a new phone it got sent out. I charged it up and it wouldn't turn on reported as faulty. Sent it back and yous sent me a new phone out but on my bill it is still showing I'm paying for 2 iPhone 15s

How long ago?  Returns can take 3 weeks.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
