Returned iphone
I returned an iphone almost 2 weeks ago and noticed i have still been charged £35 plus I haven't had any confirmation to say its been received. Why am I still being charged for something that I don't have?

Re: Returned iphone
What's the story behind this? Why was it returned?

Re: Returned iphone
@Felixsav I think the returns take a few weeks to process and update on their systems. Once it has you should receive a refund if you leave your payment method active.

Yes, there's a lag of around 3 weeks - but just checking the circumstances behind this 'return'.
