Repair / return

I sent my son's mobile to be repaired on 30th May and they seem to have lost it. They can't or won't give me an update. It's been 6 weeks , they promise to ring back in 3-5 days, but I end up having to ring them on day 6. They've escalated the problem, but are nowhere near resolving the issue. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?

@Rolant1 I'm afraid all you can do is keep on pestering Sky.

 

Your other option is to make a formal complaint via the Complaints option in the footer. Sky then have eight weeks to either resolve the situation or deadlock it so you can then take the matter to CISAS for adjudication.

I've raised a complaint twice and it's been escalated. Very frustrated as nothing has changed.

@Rolant1 If you have all the details and it's been eight weeks then you can go CISAS. You tend to get a quick response once it's with them - as I've experienced recently.
