Returned device a week ago, but acknowledged yet.
I returned my device a week ago through 24h fast post, but I didn't get any response for it yet, did they recieved it or not, and also about my refund.
I know refund may take time, but need to is it reached or not, even customer care don't know.
Don't know why customer care is there.

If this was part of a swap it takes a while for the returned device to be received, processed, checked for damage and faults and then valued.
As we are customers here we don't know what the refund was for.

It was not about swap, I returned a new device with in a week, just need to know did they recieved it or not.

Thanks for clarifying that. I would just keep your proof of posting indefinitely in case Sky message you to say it hasn't been received.
