I returned my device a week ago through 24h fast post, but I didn't get any response for it yet, did they recieved it or not, and also about my refund.
I know refund may take time, but need to is it reached or not, even customer care don't know.
Don't know why customer care is there.

As we are customers here we don't know what the refund was for.

It was not about swap, I returned a new device with in a week, just need to know did they recieved it or not.
