Return

I want to return 2 handsets. My neighbour took delivery of my package containing a phone that I was told to refuse as I wished to return. I also want to return another phone they are both under the 31 day return policy!! Sold incorrectly! Also can I have back my phone that I swapped with these items as I am not keeping them!!

You'll need to call Sky.  You are not contacting them directly posting here.

 

Call 150 from a Sky SIM.

You will need to contact Sky on 150 to start the return process for these devices.

Your duplicate thread has been removed to prevent duplication of replies.


As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Easiest way is by dialling 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. At the same time you can discuss getting your phone back that you seem to have returned prematurely. That might be an issue.

 

Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely.
