Hello I returned 3 items on the 16/11//2025 I returned an iPhone 17 pro max a Apple Watch and a Samsung icy blue 25 but payment was still taken on the 6/01/2026 I have phoned up 6 times about this a got told by 6 advisors that I will get a full refund when the item are of my account they said a direct debit was returned on the 7/01/2026 but I haven't received it I just get told different things when I phone up can anyone advice what my next step would be

It might be worth putting in a complaint:
https://www.sky.com/help/complaints
This gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve this issue and if they do not you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further.

Why were these devices returned, was it you changed your mind with the 31 days cooling off period of as part of a swap ?
Do you see any credit on your account for them ?

Yes I changed my mind about the iPhone 17 pro as I am a Samsung user just wanted a change but changed my mind so sent the Apple Watch back as no point keeping that if I have a Samsung and I sent the Samsung 25 icyblue back because I ordered 2 by accident sky said they returned my direct debit which was taken on the 6 back on the 7 but I haven't received it

No I don't see a credit the last time I phoned Sky was on Wednesday the 14/01/2025 and the advisor said the iPhone as been taken of my account and the direct debit was returned to me on the 7 January but I haven't received that she said I will get a phone call on Friday the 15 after 2 o'clock but the last 6 times I phoned Sky they told me the same thing so we will see

Thank you for your reply I have put a complaint in I done the complaint on Wednesday the 7 January I have been with sky for 10 years and I have never had any issues before I think it is time I left sky now if they are starting to let there customers down I am very disappointing with them
