I need a returns packaging emailed for my iPhone 17 pro max received today as I no longer want it

As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Easiest way is by dialling 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.

Sky can not email the packaging but they can email you the return label if you need it so have you checked that the packaging the phone has come in has a small return label on the inside of it somewhere. If it hasn't then you can use this packaging to return it after you have contacted Sky about it. When you do make sure you get and keep the tracking details.
