I ordered an ipad but have changed my mind how do I return it

If it's already arrived if you are still within the cooling off period you’ll need to call Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Dial 150 for free from a Sky mobile or Sky landline. Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely. Don’t forget if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.

Hi thanks, but I have not received it yet its due for delivery today am I able to just refuse the delivery
