I've just had a phone delivered last week, I've not got it out the box yet. I've changed my mind and want to return it. I've click on the return my phone option and it just tells me how it works but not how to actually request the return

Hi @Beth1601 you need to call sky to arrange a return. It's free on 150 from a sky sim.
