Return Packaging not arrived

Hello all,

 I had placed return request for my mobile phone and has also asked them to send packaging box.But till now i havent received it..I contacted them several times,but they keep on saying taht it will be received within 6-8 working days.Its been 2 months now..Lst week i again contacted customer care to check the status,so then they placed the return request again..But even then i havent received the packaging yet.

 

I have received a label in my mail box,So  can i pack the phone by my own and use the return label instead of waiting for packaging box?

I'm afraid if they will reject my return request if i do so.

 

Please any one help?

I have never seen a cancellation request shown in the app with sky @Joseph3114  only once the return is completed. I believe Ingram is the correct label as it's outsourced to them to do returns. Keep proof of postage and take photos before sending the phone back, just in case of any issues.

Hi @Joseph3114  yes you can, they normally tell you to use the packaging that your new phone came in so I am surprised no one told you that. As long as you have the return label you can use any packaging you want. I always take photos first just in case there is any disputes about damage once they receive it.

Since i already requested for a packaging box (assuming it will arrive on someday),Will it be a problem now if i do the return using the label?

Thank you for your response.

 

I'm afraid if they will accept my product now as the return window has been closed one month back.The latest return label received is on 19.08.2024.

 

I have been chasing them for the past 2 months on this.Do u have any similar experience that they rejecting the phone stating that return period is over?  @63johnw

I would call them @Joseph3114  and explain the situation with the return packaging and ask if they can open a new swap window. Call on 150.

I had told them about this issue and they are the ones who are sending new labels.This is the 4th label i'm receiving now.

 

I had bought a new phone already from them,now all i need is to sent this back.

 

Anyway lets see.

@63johnw Hello again,When i accessed my Sky account i can see that the contract is still active and there is nothing mentioned about the cancellation request..

 

When i contacted sky care,they told me the cancellatiin request is already placed,but it is not shown in my account..

It is true that i have received label via email wherein the receiver address in Ingram micro communication house

 

I just wanted to make sure if the aboveis correct..Do you have any idea on it?

It can take 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed so until it's been processed it will still be active on your account @Joseph3114

Hi ,

 

I havent returned yet..i will be doing it in the coming days..

 

My doubt is why iam not able to see the cancellation request in my account  sky app ..Like usually when we cancel something in amazon,it will shows the cancellation request in amazon app right..so similar to that i was wandering why nothing has been shown in sky app..

 

Also can you please tell if the ingram micro communication house is the address that need to be used..?because that is what it is shown on the label..

 

My concern is if i sent back the phone and later if they tell they didnt received the package,we will be in trouble right..
