I can’t activate my new sim as it’s not recognising my 6 digits of my bank account

Everytime I try to activate my sim it's not recognising the last 6 digits of my bank account number.

I take it you are trying to link your account when it is asking for these details ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
