Restrictons on my mobile app

I am up to date on all payments I have direct debits go out every month same date. I have nothing outstanding. There is a bill due but the direct debit is set up and the money is  always there. Yet when I go to view upgrades or deals it says my account is restricted this has been continuse for 3 or 4 months sky says its not restricted but the app says I have outstanding bills but go to bills and I have nothing g outstanding. Can anyone make this make sence. Thanks in advance

Hi @Bex49  you will need to call sky on 150 so they can look into this for you.
