NEW SIM

I HAVE BEEN SENT A SIM IN THE POST FROM SKY , I DID NOT ORDER ONE AND MY SIM IN THE PHONE IS WORKING FINE , ANY ONE KNOW WHY

Hi @Sue+Mayers  as we are customers here helping customers and we are not sky CS then no one can tell you why you have been sent a new sim. If you haven't requested one does it shown on your account ? (Using capitals for your whole message indicates shouting).
