Restricted account

My sky mobile account is restricted even though it's fully paid I can't see my bill... and I can't. Make calls as the account is restricted

To be clear you are seeing a restricted message when trying to access your bill and you also can't make calls.

 

You might be able to call Sky on 150 about this which you will need to do.
