141 not working on ported number

I've recently joined sky from O2 and ported my number using a PAC code. When I try to make calls using the prefix 141 to withhold my number, it comes back saying "you have dialled an incorrect number."

 

This happens with all numbers, typed or from my contacts. I do not want to turn this on all the time so device settings are not helpful.

All you can do is to call Sky on 150 to report it to them so it can be passed through to another team to investigate for you,
