Is there some way of requesting a pre-paid returns label without having to speak to customer services. All the lines are down due to IT problems and i cant find a way of requesting them to email me one for home printing. Any help appreciated

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you have done a swap or upgrade then the return label should be on the inside of the packaging your new device came in. If you no longer have this and you don't want to call then you can use social media as there are links to Sky's sites at the bottom of this page.

It was a new device incorrectly ordered by Sky. There was no return label in the box. Usually I'd be able to call Customer Services but the call centres aren't functioning due to the current IT problems. I'll try social media links
