Requesting an eSIM

I bought a new iPhone 15 from sky to replace my iPhone XS Max. However, I cannot convert my existing sim to an eSIM. I have tried using my Sky App and have also called Sky twice. However, despite this I have not received an e-mail allowing me to install the eSIM. Without this I cannot use my new phone. What should I do?

Hi @RJW4  you can't put the sim from your XS max into your new phone. That will work.
