Request for purchase invoice number

Hi, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra from Sky on 24 June 2026. I’m trying to claim a Samsung promotional offer, but the claim form requires my purchase invoice number. I’ve checked My Sky, my emails, and my Credit Agreement, but I can’t find the invoice number anywhere. Please provide my purchase invoice or invoice number as soon as possible. Thank you.

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.
