Request for Redelivery of Returned Order”
I missed my delivery, and when I tracked my order online, it says the parcel has been returned to Sky. Can I collect it directly from a Sky office or shop? If not, how can I change my delivery address? Also, could you please tell me how I can contact Sky directly by phone?

You will have to contact Sky about this so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:
Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.
