Confusing

Has anyone else had this? Nearly 2 weeks since I ordered, Sky dated the order within 1-2 weeks when ordering, then told me it would be 4+ weeks till delivery, or another credit check if I wanted a different device (despite me relaying ofcom rules to them) and now my app says this? Haven't ordered anything else? Help?

Are you talking about the "currently on back order" and the "Your order is on it's way" messages ?

Sorry - I meant to say yes. Confused on why its saying your order is on its way but phone still saying on back order? No tracking etc?

If you select the "your order is on it's way" was does it say when you tap on that as per the message ?
