Request a new confimation code

Hi all

 

Looking for a bit of help. My phone is off being repaired and I was going to try and add the eSim as a second sim to my work phone. So I go to install esim (after a load of faff trying to get in as I don't have access to the phone number). Scan the QR code and it then asks for a code. In my emails I found a confirmation code when I originally bought the plan but this code just gets refused. 

 

I'm using an iPhone 13 if that helps. I don't see any way to request a new confirmation code.
