Signal issues

I usually get really good reception at home and round the village we live in. But since Wednesday I have had no signal (my husband on O2 hasn't either or my in laws who live near by on Tesco). How can I investigate if there is a problem? When I check via the service checker it says we have good service in our area.
 The WiFi is really slow so we rely on our mobile data so it is very frustrating

@Olivia2411

Is any relevant information showing on this link?

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/service-status-sky-mobile

It may disclose a nearby mast issue. In case you aren't aware Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so if there is an issue you and others in the area will be relying on a third party fix.

Re: Signal issues

I’ve checked via that link and it says we have good service. Not sure what to do now. Thought it might fix itself but we're on day 5 now

@Olivia2411  The fact several people are having issues would indicate a network issue. Anything showing on this link (sky use the O2 network).

As do Tesco Mobile, so that's probably a clue.
