I've managed to break my sim card is it possible to have a replacement sim as the phone is brand new almost. Will sky allow me a new sim or does this mess my contact?

You can get a replacement sim ordered so if you can't do this online here:

https://www.sky.com/productsettings/mobile/sim/x/replacement-sim

You will have to call Sky so they can get it ordered for you. They are sent first class post via Royal Mail and there is no issues with your contract or anything like that when ordering this.
