Replacement sim
I ordered a new sim card for my mobile but still haven't received it and I'm with out a phone at the moment and hospital trying to get hold of me any news when it will arrive I can't get an esim on this phone so need a physical sim card

Hi @Dwaineharris12 they are normally sent 1st class Royal Mail. If it hasn't arrived you could order another one, make sure the address on your account is correct, if they both then arrive just activate one of them.
