Need new sim

I've had a lot of trouble with my sim. How do I get a new one without spending hours on the phone to the help desk.

The option to order a replacement seems to have been removed - you'll have to call 150.

 

What sort of 'trouble' with your SIM?

It isn't recognising the network. Had this a few weeks ago and after spending ages with help desk they got it working but it's gone again now.

You will have to do as you did before and call them as they might be able to get it working again for you and if they don't they should be able to order you a replacement one.
