Replacement Sim Card

Good evening

 

i ordered a replacement SIM card for my Samsung tablet, however it has not arrived as yet. I meant to message sooner but with the hustle and bustle of Christmas it completely slipped my mind.  Can you check if this has been sent out as it's asking me to activate it on the app but there's no physical card for me to activate.

No as we're just other customers here.

 

They are sent via Royal Mail so can be delayed over Christmas.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
