Replace sim card

My sons phone keeps saying can not validate user , we done everything we can but it still keeps coming up .we need a new SIM card

Is this a new phone you are trying to set up for him, if so did you select the correct country when doing so ?

I'm not convinced this is a SIM issue.  Can you explain in more detail (and what phone it is) what you are doing.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
