They are now saying they will have to re-issue a physical sim card, which I will not be able to physically use until I return from Canada in 10 days.

So they have sent out a replacement sim my friend now has it, and I have activated it. Is it possible for Sky to convert it to Esim over the phone, as I dont have access to the sim at the moment to recive a text message?
