Hi @A1_Relentless  as this is a UK forum and you are USA based you will need to contact someone at the SKY USA organisation that you got your tablet from to see if they can help you.

As @63johnw indicates, Sky Devices is a US company based in Florida and nothing to do with Sky Mobile, a business unit within Sky UK, which itself is part of Sky Group (a division of the Comcast Corporation)

Sky Group does not manufacture or put its branding on phone or tablet hardware: Sky Device units (displaying a 'Sky' logo) were distributed under a US Federal programme and do cause repeated confusion in this forum.
