Hello,
I was wondering if there is a way to remove a device off my devices. It's still showing my previous Samsung phone that I paid off 4 years ago and have since sold the phone.
Is there a way this can be taken off?

Once paid off it takes a few months for them to clear so that they don't interfere with adding an additional device. If it's stopping you adding a new device now call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.

My OCD does not like this answer as i like things to be neat and in order. I now have 2 phone that on my list that I no longer use and its drives me up the wall
