Remove old mobile
Hello,
I was wondering if there is a way to remove a device off my devices. It's still showing my previous Samsung phone that I paid off 4 years ago and have since sold the phone.
Is there a way this can be taken off?

Re: Remove old mobile
Only devices returned to Sky will be removed so any that have paid off will remain but they do not count as an active device so should not prevent more from being ordered.

Re: Remove old mobile
You can't. They drop off your account if returned to Sky. Once paid off it takes a few months for them to clear so that they don't interfere with adding an additional device. If it's stopping you adding a new device now call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.
