Reinstate mobile services issue
My phone services were cut off due to non payment and unforseen circumstances financially. It stated I needed to pay £58.25 and setup direct debit again to reinstate it. I now paid that and instead of giving me the option to reinstate it says I need to pay a further £38.90 before I can have it turned on. Why is this? My next bill isn't due until 2nd September, so thats not overdue.
It is very hard to get in contact with someone from Sky, I'm aware I could try and ring but I suffer from anxiety and find it very difficult to talk on the phone.

Re: Reinstate mobile services issue
The reason you are being asked to pay the next bill is it is less than 14 days away so Sky can not take it automatically from you as the payment method is removed when a bill is not paid for whatever reason as you then have to reset this up yourself before your services are restored.

Re: Reinstate mobile services issue
I did already setup the direct debit again instantly, so the next bill should still be taken when its due surely?
The £58 is the usual amount of my bill but £38 is a confusing amount that they added on after I paid the requested late bill. It didn't state that was needed to turn services back on.
