Restricted account

When i tried going back to sky broadband it said i still owed 53 euro so i paid it but even though its paod when i go to look at sky mobile options its saying call a number that just keeps redirecting me to forums this is because for some reason my account is restricted but i dont owe anything

Have you tried saying nothing when asked anything by the bot and then just remained on the line to see if it then connects to someone.
