Refunds

I tried to get an iphoen17 pro max and my my request got cancelled day after and I was told I was going to get a refund in some few days now it's been 3 weeks and I haven't got not from Sky. This is really bad

The refund  should hopefully be with you any day now as 2-3 weeks is usually how long it takes for payments to be refunded so I would give it until it goes to a 4th week and if it still hasn't been refunded then give Sky a call to chase it up with them,
