My bill is fully paid but you took £84 out my bank still

When will I get my refund from yous I spoke to customer service yesterday and still waiting

Any refunds once authorised usually take 3-5 WORKING days.

If you have then as you have a direct debit or card payment set up you should never need to make a manual payment as you have done. What should happen is a credit should appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid and this will be used to pay your next bill so on that bill no money will be taken from your account.

 

You can also have this credit refunded if you want so you will need to call Sky about this.
