Received a letter in the post.
It is for a Mobile agreement. I done even know what i have bought to have a mobile agreement. The scary part is that i have an account number on the letter. They have my full home address as well. The 2nd letter is the cancelation of the credit agreement. Now the question is. Is this a scam or not, but it is worring that it has all my details. There is a number to phone which i have tried. It says it does not reconize the number i am calling from. Then also i seem to have a link to the account as i did try to log in. It excepted my password. But oce in. i can not see any persanal information and account details.

It sounds like identity theft. Looks like it's 'failed' though if the credit check 'failed'.
You can report this to Action Fraud yourself.

Whilst reporting it to Action Fraud is correct, it's worth adding that Action Fraud do not investigate any fraud/crime. They collate data for intelligence purposes, search for matching themes/trends and if they deem is suitable they pass the incident to the police force they feel is best located to carry out enquiries (so not necessarily your local force).

I forgot to add ~ Action Fraud does not cover Scotland.
