Refund

I payed upfront 70 pound for I phone it got cancelled got told I'd get refund they refund me 28 pound?

Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded in full after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to contact Sky to chase it up.
