Refund

I have ordered a Mobile for the first time with sky and went through the process and paid an upfront payment then the next day my contract had been cancelled due to credit agreement , I still did not receive a refund on what I have paid upfront . Had this happened before

Hi @Teegan1  it usually takes about 14 days for sky to do refunds. If it's been more than this then you may need to call them to chase it up.
