Terrible service from complaints departmen

Raised a formal complaint three times about poor advice offered on my phone upgrades. I have five mobiles with Sky and have been a customer for over 25 years. I've been waiting over seven weeks for someone to call me and have just had two automated emails after repeatedly complaining.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Firstly I would stop the multiple complaints as that isn't going to get you anywhere. Secondly Sky has 8 weeks to resolve your complaint or to issue you with a deadlock letter that will let you take it further.
