I ordered for 17 pro max on 15 sep the cancel my contract so the take 38 ponds from my card after the cancel I got an email about refund of your money I was wrot that we send you're refund at 14 working days but now it is 2 October I don't recived it as soon as possible please can you send my refund to my account

We can't as we're other customers here.

You'll need to contact Sky directly to chase up a refund.
