Received new phone but didn’t order one

Just had a delivery from sky mobile containing a new iPhone air, I never ordered it! 
it's on my account  saying it was ordered yesterday but I haven't ordered anything from sky since January 2025

 

can you please shed some light on the situation please?

Note the part about returns - did anyone contact you previously claiming to be Sky?

You need to change your account password as soon as you can.

 

On the above link this is the important bit:

 

Get in touch with our customer services team immediately. We can give advice on what to do. Don’t send the parcel anywhere except our returns address. We’ll give you pre-paid returns packaging to send the parcel back to us. Fraudsters might contact you and try to convince you to send the parcel to a false address where they can get the devices they’ve ordered from your account. Ignore any requests to send the parcel to an address that isn’t our returns address.
