I tried to buy phone from sky and sky has taken £74 from my account as upfront and the phone got cancelled but my money is not refunded yet. Its been 2 months now and all the customer service team was sick, worst customer service ever i have seen in my life. Please give me my money back

I am not sure sky is going to help me. The worst and disappointing team. Also the customer service team is not from UK, while contacting them i can hear that the person who iam talking to was talking to someone else that how to disconnect this call or they don't want to talk. The rude and disrespectful customer service.

Engage with the forum chat - there's no reason why the refund won't be processed.
