Hi, if possible could a sky employee get in touch. I put in a sky mobile order in on the 18/10 and paid an upfront fee. The order was cancelled by sky and I was advised I'd receive my refund within 14 days, this is still yet to happen, any assistance would be appreciated, thanks

@63johnw Thank you for your reply, I thought it could be escalated to an employee from here as I've seen it in previous posts from other users in regards to the same issue. Hence my reason for posting as I was on hold for sometime on the phone.
I find it very unusual that in todays day and age the only way you can contact a company such as sky is via telephone!!!

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
