Refund my upfront
Hi I want assistance about getting my upfront payment back from sky I first order an iPhone but due to some reasons I didn't get it but they took upfront of 76£ than I went to their frenchize and placed another order and cancelled previous one but in few minutes I got an email about cancellation but they already took another 76£ upfront for 2nd order. Than today i got a text msg that we refunded your money of recent order but I checked my account and I didn't get any payment back what should I do in this case kindly assist me

It sounds like to have failed the required credit checks twice. See this link for Skys guidance ~

Be aware that if you keep trying to order the device this could further impact your credit score. If you contact Sky they would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record. You would have to sign up to a credit reference agency like Experian or Equifax, which would give you access to your credit record.
Any upfront payment you’ve made for each order should hopefully be refunded after about 14 days.
