It sounds like to have failed the required credit checks twice. See this link for Skys guidance ~

Be aware that if you keep trying to order the device this could further impact your credit score. If you contact Sky they would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record. You would have to sign up to a credit reference agency like Experian or Equifax, which would give you access to your credit record.

Any upfront payment you’ve made for each order should hopefully be refunded after about 14 days.

Re: Refund my upfront

They did this to me they broke the credit agreement without any information even after they sent out the phones that passed the credit checks . I didn't receive the phones they went back to sky! After this they told me to replace the orders so I did which incurred more upfront costs! Now they owe me £123 in upfront costs and for two weeks they've been telling me it's going into my bank account.  All to find out today it's been put towards a bill as credit! This is breaking the consumer rights act and they won't put it into my bank account with nationwide.  So I've been lied to by about five different people telling me it's been sent back to my bank account and they haven't done it ....and today they've told me they are not going to do it after being told for two weeks they've done it !!  Brilliant well done sky because you've broken the credit consumer act 2015 as my right to have funds put back into the original payment method for a separate agreement that was cancelled through skys incompetence! Great customer service!  Well I'm contacting the relevant authorities to claim this back and I won't leave it as I've been made promises and been lied to by sky !!
