Refund due to no signal

I have had no signal at all for over a week due to some upgrade work in my area. The work was never communicated to users, we just lost signal overnight. How do I request a refund for having no signal for almost 10 days?

@Lannyj

Once it's fully up and running give Sky a call and ask for a credit on your account for the length of time you've been without service.
