Hi all,
I am having issues with receiving calls from a friend in the states. The number comes up and everything seems normal, until I pick up then it gets disconnected. This has happened countless times. Yet a relative manages to get through just fine. She is also with sky so I'm a bit puzzled.
It is imperative that I speak to this person stateside so any help would be greatly appreciated, if at least I can be pointed I the right direction would be brilliant as I'm going round in circles.
