Dear Sir/Madam,
I did receive my new phone with Sky swap.Part of the deal is for me to send my old unit back to Sky - I did not get the box or bar code or address with any details as to send the old unit back to Sky - this is very frustrating.
Where can I get the details as to send the old unit back to Sky?

Find out moreWe are customers here but what we can tell you is that to return your phone you can use the packaging the new one came in as there should be a return label on the inside that you can use. If you no longer have the label then call Sky on 150 who will workout the best at to get it to you.
